I just got mine flashed and the shifts are so crisp now and it fixed everything. The bike runs really lean without tune and exhaust. Once that’s done the bike comes alive.

These bikes comes heavily electronically restricted from the factory. It's a Monster once you remove all the Restrictions. Tune increases the Power of this Bike to a great extent #FastLaneGang

The new zx10s require a flash to be what they were meant to be, wish you got to ride one that was properly tuned to see what they can really do. I have a 22' and before the flash the thing felt like it was in a cage, after the flash it's an absolute monster

On the zx10rs it's easy to find neutral because they have an auto up neutral if you're not rolling from first it'll always hit neutral. Comes in handy lol. Also they definitely definitely definitely need to be flashed to remove the restrictions, on wide open throttle at 14k rpms you're only hitting 50% of the full power it drops off massively after 10k and you're only at 100% power at 9.5k rpms. It's heavily restricted to say the least but after being flashed it is absolutely a scary bike haha I've got a 2011 zx10r and it's my dream bike 😍🏍

I’ve ridden Kawasaki ZX10R, zx6R, yamaha r6, yamaha r1, RSV4 1100 Factory, Panigale V4s. The BMW S1000RR is in a different dimension in terms of street riding. Absolutely ridiculous. Stupid fast and leaves you mind fucked every time you ride it. Amazing bike.

Just love kawi in general. From the old 636 to new and old zx10 and zx14 and H2. They have everything anyone could want. Had them all except the H2.

I’ve got a ‘21 ZX10R with a full titanium M4 exhaust and some other bolt ons and I have the same gripes as you. Quick shifter isn’t the best (sometimes it works great) but it’s slow for the most part. I love it though when it’s flashed and tuned it’s going to be great.

Great editing with the Vlogs keep up the great grind brother. The ZX10-R is a legendary bike it was literally the H2 before the H2 became what it is. Lol it’s basically an H2 without a supercharger definitely good bang for buck, All these things need is a nice Ecu flash with a Titanium full system exhaust and mission accomplish it’ll be fast, flying filled with speed.

To get the ninja to piss your pants you need to de-cat it, flash the ECU and change the sprockets totally different machine after the changes ❤️🔥 if I remember I took 2t off the rear n added 1t on the front it nuts. (Was a ZX10R 2014)

I own this bike, you can put the bike in Full power mode while in sport mode. My bike will do over 100mph in first gear. Woolich just released the software for these bikes and guys are absolutely annihilating everything on these bikes. They are no slouch once they are flashed and tuned though. From the factory they are VERY neutered. The throttle bodies start closing after like 8k if I remember correctly. You need to flash them to fully release the beast in them. Guys are claiming around 205ish mph top speeds after the flash of course depends on weight and other factors too but it’s a very capable bike once you flash it and tune it right. Might not be the fastest but from the factory vs after a flash and tune the difference is night and day.

Nail in the coffin. Was looking at European bikes but was sketched out because the nearest dealer is 2 hours away so god forbit theres an ECU issue. Japanese bike dealers are everywhere so there's solid dealer support. Kawi seems the way to go.

On the ZX-10R, the traction control and wheelie control aren't separate functions like they are on your 1299 Panigale. You probably had it set to "most intrusive", which is why no wheelies. The bike definitely needs a tune to wake it up. My 2018 ZX-10R made 198 RWHP on the dyno, and the 2021 will make a few more.

Kawi ftw 🤙 zx10r, zx6r, h2, h2r will always be legendary bikes! Edit: that bike stock is very restricted! Once tuned the bike is an absolute beast! If you get one you would see what I mean 🤣
