Me and my family have been struggling for quite some time. We all trusted a family friend ,and he took advantage of that. I was the young girl he hurt by hand, but he hurt so many more in the cross fire. It took so long to heal from what he did to me ,physically and mentally. And it took so much longer to put my family back together afterwards. Just over a year in the legal process, he finally plead guilty and accepted his sentence. Thank you ,Jason ,for helping me through the rough nights. Whether these meditations work or not ,they gave me a safe place. I'm always going to be grateful for that.
