bought a '21 z900 in VA. Rode that bad boy through the mountains up there, then did a 16 hour, one day trip back home to New Orleans. Loved it all man. Great bike. the red is slick too
Took mine on an 1100 mile trip with my Son from DFW to Arkansas, and it was dreamy comfortable. I love that bike!
My friend …. Please bey hi motor shoes if you crash you wil loose you’re foot … you’re shoes wil fly off !!! Nice video I love the bike have fun
I finally got to sit on a mt-09 and I didn’t like it. Felt like I was sitting on it like a dirt bike and didn’t feel as good as my z900. Glad I went with the z900. The z900 also felt more premium to me.
Just got this a week ago as my second bike. It’s a great bike and the power amazes me every time
I have a 2022, 3,600+ miles, black with the kinda matte navy blue tank and matte navy blue accents. I'm 6'3" and I weigh about 180lbs with a 34 inseam. I must say that I'm REALLY happy with my purchase. It was the least expensive out of the middle weights that I looked at but a lot of bang for my buck. I was SO set on getting a 2022 Gixxer 750 but a friend of mine convinced me to go the naked/standard route. I'm glad you're enjoying the bike. Thanks for the video and ride safely 👊🏾.
Mine has the m4 slip-on, waaay too many cops by me to really push it past 90mph but I love everything about it. The 2023's look even more sic!!!!
I'm a Harley Davidson mechanic and just inherited a 2022 z900. It was my brother's. Looking to sell it, but in the meantime I'll take it out on the weekends. Getting shipped to me next week.
Dude I got a z9 2 weeks ago as my second bike. I absolutely love everything about it. It blows my mind everytime I take it out.
Just bought a '24 in the Persimmon Red/Ebony colorway (also big black/red colorway fan) and your vids helped convince me it was the right move. I ride an 04 FZ1 now and outside of it being 21 yrs old I love it too, but it was time to upgrade.to something modern. Already have the taller windscreen and dc plug ordered to give it more touring capabilities. Full exhaust with 2wdw tune and Corbin seat are next, once the warranty is up of course.
Love my 2023 z900. Best thing to do is immediately change the tires. The stock tires spun every time I clutched up a wheelie. Just put Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires on and made a huge difference in traction. No more wheel spin when clutching up mono’s. I think the z900 is a perfect street bike for hooligans. Loved the 600 super sports and and 1000cc super bikes I had, but the z900 is a more practical street bike with the low gearing, and torque low down in the rev range. Bike pulls in all gears. No need to gear down unless your really wanting to hammer it.
Just purchased a 2023 Z900. The break-in period is pretty terrible but hoping to get through it soon. Just needs to stop raining!
I am very seriously considering to buy this bike. I think you may have convinced me to do just that! THANKS!
Thank you for the review, I just saw this at my kawi dealership near me and was instantly drawn to it. I wanted to find some reviews that were fairly recent with a good feedback for it and I will say I like what I hear about it, my first bike is the Ninja 650 sport and its been great, but I want something with a bit more torque and this one was one of my picks. So thank you! Time to start saving.
Seat, throttle lock, and Hepco & Becker C-Bow luggage. There's your cross-country tour. It's capable. Most bikes are.
Thanks for the insight! Love the socks btw!
Akrapovic slip on and midpipe sound amazing, no need to replace headers
loving it too andrew! just joined the z club myself! making some vlogs on my channel could use some lieks and pro tips!
I have the 2022 black and white one and have enjoyed it. It is quick. I too only ride for pleasure. Try riding at least one day a week which usually 150 to 300 miles when I do ride. One thing that gets uncomfortable is my booty which usually starts hurting around the 1.5 hour mark. Great bike. I had to adjust throttle cable. Had too much play in it.
