This is one of the ignored songs in “a beautiful blur” album. I thought XXL was the best song, then I went to their concert and man the feeling of this song just hits different live. Reminds me of the times I was so inlove, flew across the world and the person wouldn’t even take a step for me. Honestly I don’t even know why I’m crying, It’s been 4 years, we both moved on. Lany was my sanctuary at that time, I remember sneaking to drive my mom’s car in the middle of the night just so I can cry out loud without being heard, I played Lany’s songs out so loud in the car and sobbed so hard. That was the time I lost myself. It took a year to recover me again, it was hard and such a painful process. While playing this song at lany’s concert they had a background of driving at night and that just reminded me of that time.
