Cour 3 of Bleach TYBW was so peak. Not only has it been faithful to the manga, but it also added so much to the overall story. All the scenes with Uryu really fleshed out his character and motivations. That and so many characters got added scenes too to fill in the inconsistent gaps in the story that had to be left out due to Kubo's failing health and his time constraints. There was so much extra content that we got a bonus episode as a result. And that's not even getting into the crazy levels of animation that was put into each episode by Pierrot. It definitely earned best anime of the year for me.

Actually funny enough you’re wrong about MHA it had its best manga sales within the last two or so years. With its highest selling volume before the last one being vigilante deku’s one. And it’s always really high on viewership and streaming. It’s remained consistently popular like some of the biggest shows around in mainstream.

omg this is exactly how I felt about Dungeon Meshi too! I ignored it until just a couple months ago, and when I finally watched it I was blown away. Truly incredible, I cannot wait for season 2.

24:41 I want to speak about this. I do think the Hashira Training Arc is mid at best, however I serve it like this. This season was extremely important for setting up most things especially clues towards the single biggest arc in Demon Slayer, The Infinity Castle Arc.

imo you missed mushoko tensei, it dropped one of the best episodes of the year on father's day (quite emotional episode, top 3 episode with bleach's friend and dandadan episode 7)
