The girl at 8:10 was actually making sense, and completely right! U sometimes do have to get out of your comfort zone, and Ik maybe the way she went about it might have been a little mean, but try putting yourself in her spot. You are at the top, and you just got a job promotion, meanwhile your partner is taking no chance whatsoever to reach to the same potential, even with the amount of motivation he is getting! Sometimes you DO need to get out of your comfort zone, take a leap of faith!
