You've described my experience exactly, even down to the color red. I've been drawn to wear it daily for the past 2 weeks. I've been in the emotional state you described and was telling someone yesterday that I was exhausted and just needed to lay in bed and rest for a week. Wow! This reminded me of a dream I had. The jest of it was a group of us were told to hold hands to share good energy. The person next to me (whom in the dream I knew) held my hand and then she held me from behind and I felt like she was draining my energy. I said stop and was able to get out of the hold and pushed her away. She looked at me and said she wanted my energy and then her “face mask” fell and turned into someone else. Some of what you are saying is so right its scary because im going through a very difficult time in my work. Ive just been made redundant and what you say is so true, im feeling the weight and i have to let it go. Im finding it very difficult 😢 im getting so emotional 😢😢😢. There is alot of weight.😢😢
