I'm not usually a fan of HIIT or intensity cardio on Mondays. I can't believe I've already done HIIT on two Mondays. and the beat is such a matching the movement, even it hard but i still had fun. love it! Thanks Anna β€

When I saw it I was like "Okay... we'll do it,not that hard" but the time I reached 90% it was over for me π I somehow managed to do the whole workout without rest and do the burpees, I'm all sweaty mess π₯΅ But again I'll say it-no matter how hard are the workouts,I enjoy them on max.β€
Running is my primary form of cardio and your killer/super sweaty HIIT workouts are the only ones I've found that can get me into the same heart rate range as running (as long as I'm pushing myself to keep going even when there's two minutes of burpees lol). Thanks a million!

I stacked Day 7 for the stretch and Day 8. I can't stress how AMAZING these workouts are and how wonderful I feel afterward. Every session, I push through, and I'm a little stronger than the day prior!

This was definitely the toughest one yet but Iβm so proud that I finished it although I suddenly started crying in between and questioning why I am working out. I donβt know that never happened before but I might just not be that mentally strong today. (Iβve been having a lot of stress in the last few months so that could be one reason) but anyway the feeling afterwards is definitely worth it. β€β€β€ Day 8 β

Day 8 is done!!! A couple of workouts ago I has commented that that one was the sweatiest... well, I take my words back!! THIS WORKOUT has been the sweatiest so far! I didn't expect to see burpees as challenges and honestly I swapped them with running or plank because I couldn't do them...
WOW! Those 2 minutes challenges were killer even if I went at my pace. Definitely got me out of breath and my heart racing. I was drenched in sweat. Those 20 seconds workouts in between really helped. Thanks for another awesome workout!β€β€
