Drink a glass of luke warm water and after that stand before the mirror. 1.5:10 to 5:40 meditation. 2.5:40 to 6:10 reading or writing thoughts. 3.6:10 to 6:30 physical training. 4.6:30 to 3:05 school. 5.3:05 to 3:30 lunch . 6.3:30 to 4:00 mobile. 7.4:00 to 6:30 school work . 8.6:30 to 7:45 YouTube . 9.7:45 to 8:00 Have dinner . 10.8:00 to 8:10 Dip almonds and brush your teeth . 11.8:10 to 9:00 Reading books . 12.9:00 to 9:10 meditation . 13.9:10 to 9:30 Mobile . 14.9:30 to 10:30 reading or English speaking or listening or writing. 15.10:30 to 10:40 night questions light off. 16.10:40 to 6:30 Have a sweet sleep .
