This is a reminder to me that I should be more diligent with my routine.😊 I personally felt good trying out different times and finally I found that perfect time for my self.
9:30pm -3:30 am [ followed this for 3 months.]
11:30 - 6:30 [1 week I tried] and I feel I need to change accordingly with time.

I love to Wake Up before Sunrise, start my day with 2 glasses og warm water, followed by meditation and any physical excercise (yoga, running, walk) ended with pranayam....aur jis din SUNRISE k baad uthti hu...Sara din mood low rehta hai

sach bolu to.......jab se maine jaldi sone se lekar jaldi uthne ka pattern follow kiya hai.......this makes my life amazing and make me more focused in my work , and i feel satisfied and happiness.....bt some people said to me at 10:30 PM,''bahut jaldi sone ja rahi ho πŸ˜‚ and  uthne ke baad  kehte advise karte hai ''aapko full nind leni chahiye, tabiyat kharab ho jayegi''πŸ˜‚.....bt seriously, i never feel this types of things...........i always feel energetic, full of happiness and satisfied

5.3:05 to 3:30 lunch .
6.3:30 to 4:00 mobile. 
7.4:00 to 6:30 school work .
8.6:30 to 7:45 YouTube .
9.7:45 to 8:00 Have dinner .
10.8:00 to 8:10 Dip almonds and   brush your teeth .
11.8:10 to 9:00  Reading books .
12.9:00 to 9:10 meditation .
13.9:10 to 9:30 Mobile .
14.9:30 to 10:30  reading or English 
                  speaking or listening or writing. 15.10:30 to 10:40 night questions light off.
16.10:40 to 6:30 Have a sweet sleep .
