There's nothing more valuable in life than wisdom. A wise man can always be found alone, but a fool will always be found in a crowd of people.

@TheStoicSage365

Mentally strong people understand that true strength comes from mastering their emotions, embracing challenges, and focusing only on what they can control. Stoic wisdom teaches us that resilience isn’t about avoiding difficulties but facing them with a clear mind and unwavering discipline. This video is a great reminder to cultivate inner peace and fortitude in our daily lives. Thanks for the valuable insights!

Years of abusive relationships made me resilient, low and no self esteem growing up led to the abusive relationships.. breaking away and and God teaching me I was worthy love and deserved love, after learning to love myself and healing over the years, that's where my resilience was born. Now I know I'm strong mentally and emotionally and will never put myself in those situations again. I step back and discern Spiritually what's going on and what will I either allow or not into my life. ❤

I disagree with ANYONE BEING UNSCATHED,I don't think that's possible.We get hurt, scarred, broken.
Its how we respond to it, that makes us who we are.
But, THANK YOU, for reminding me to embrace change.zThat was important.

Thank you

@Jumpnjacksdaddy

So many people operate off emotions to get someone to feel sorry for them or to get that attention that makes them feel good. I personally only control what I can. I hear people complaining about the weather over and over and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the weather. But they will continue complaining about it

14:02 Strength isn’t about never falling—it’s about mastering the art of rising. Every setback is an opportunity to grow wiser and more resilient.

@StoicNarratives_Official

Mental strength isn’t about avoiding struggles, but about mastering the way we respond to them. Embrace challenges, control your emotions, and turn adversity into growth. True resilience starts within.
