You are really doing it all: vegan meals on a budget, a timeline with links to printable recipes, all sorts of measurements, an extremely pleasant way of presenting, aesthetics to die for, and most importantly, recipes that are highly enjoyable. Thank you PUL. And by the way, I really like this sort of format where you give us like a meal plan for the week. Who needs a personal chef when you can have Sadia?
So I found your channel last year, I weighed 113kg and I was extremely depressed. It's been less than a year my love and I've lost over 30kg by switching to vegetarian options. I also became healthier and happier, most importantly I decided to switch from law to culinary arts because why not 🥰. words are not enough to express how thankful I am to you
One big thing holding people back from embracing veganism is the cost associated with it, and this video absolutely knocks it out of the park..... Very proud of you and your team 💕
When I was a kid, in a family of 10, my mom cooked different meals based on beans, rice, pasta, eggs and tortilla, plus some veggies like tomatoes, onions and garlic. She did awesome with that little amount of ingredients. This video reminded me of my mom. Thanks Sadia.
As a university student living on my own, trying to eat plant-based more often, videos like yours are incredibly inspiring. I love cooking, but I don't always have the time to think through a meal plan and it's easy to get into unhealthy eating habits that way. So, thank you!
I made each of these meals for my family. I am a 20 year vegitarian, but my wife and 5 kids eat a more typical American diet. After the 3rd or 4th meal my wife offered the kid to get take out one evening. I said we could have another vegan meal. The kids could not decide!! That is a huge compliment. My kids are 6, 9, 9, 12, and 13. If you want to sell your family on vegan dinners, start with these recipes.
I love this so much!! My biggest pet peeve is when these “budget” recipe videos don’t include any spices in the cost because only a teaspoon or so is being used... ignoring the fact that spices can be expensive to buy up front. Also budget recipes that use pressure cookers and high speed blenders which most people don’t have access to. Thank you for making one that’s actually accessible!!
I went out to buy all the ingredients for this meal plan and in Australia it cost $41, which is 25 euros. Thats pretty good for here! I'm excited to actually make everything this week
This lady has her shit together on such a level that I'm just perpetually intimidated by it now
This video felt like a hug. So wholesome and aesthetic with some great, simplistic ideas. I am working on a similar concept: compiling a list of budget friendly vegetarian meals for stroke patients, and this was very inspirational.
I don’t even follow a vegan diet, but I love these recipes, and I found this very inspiring! I love all your videos, but I thought this one was especially well produced. I love that you included the grocery buying process along with helpful tips. That and keeping the necessary cooking tools simple made the whole process very accessible and relatable. Thank you for this!!
Saw this video yesterday, bought all my things today and now I'm sitting in my kitchen eating the roasted veggie salad. I am so happy about how good this tastes. Thank you so much!! I'm excited for the next meals <3
I adore you. Everytime you say something I just want to actually go out and cook. You are the only person I've watched so far that understands that not everyone has a spice cupboard or special tools. For that I adore you so so much.
Sadia's videos feel like a pleasant sunny morning and a cozy rainy afternoon, both at the same time. I mean I absolutely adore them!!! Sending so much love ❤️
As a student in the Netherlands and obviously being on a budget, I love these videos! Esp because they are pretty tweakable with other cheap ingredients of choice :)
One of the happiest times in my life was when I didn't have a lot of money for groceries but would come home with a BOUNTY of food because I knew how to spend and choose wisely. It made the meals taste better, too.
Honestly, you have to create more of these!! Since I live alone, this lasts me double the time… I’ve pretty much repeated this for over two months now - I‘m in love with the recipes!
it's amazing to see how you can create 5 different recipes with a limited number of ingredients. That's really helpful for uni students like me, that have to move to another city alone to study and have a low budget :) thank you, Sadia 💜
The hard work that you put into these videos does not go unnoticed! Amazing content. I’m not vegan, but I like to eat plant based meals because it is truly still delicious. Vegetables are life lol. Thank you for the meal ideas!
