For my job with the after school program when your first hired on, you are observed by the program director 3 times. They come in and watch you give a lesson to your group of students and see how you manage a classroom. If you pass those 3 evaluations you are hired on as a permanent employee. After you are made permanent you get evaluated once every other year.  Having quotas to meet sounds way too stressful ;-;
