I love his presentation style. Very easy to follow and calming to listen to. I could listen to him talk about griddling all day!
I just got mine today I told my son I wish they included handle covers I bought this for myself as a gift which I don’t do often but can’t wait till I get up to make breakfast
if you have any gunk on your griddle when your done cooking heat it up a little more and put a little water on it while its hot and the gunk will come right off with a paper towel
Thank you for a really great video. You validated a lot that I was unsure of for the care & feeding of the great carbon steel products made-in has.... and I will be ordering a carbon steel griddle in about 15 minutes! Appreciate you and all of the info videos made-in puts out.
Can't wait to get mine....it is on its way!!!!
more Steve videos please! my griddle should be arriving today, I'm so excited!
Loving my new griddle. Videos are incredibly helpful!!
Got one for my B-day. Psyched to make Oklahoma onion smash burgers!
So excited this comes pre-seasoned!
Glad to see I’m still on your mind, cleaning without paper towels!!! My griddle is suppose to arrive today! I got the pork chops thawing : )
What’s up griddle lovers!!
We've used this griddler for a variety of items including steak, fish, vegetables https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxMcXT6_MuT0hB3ejyGQQHaeof9bwoWPUf and mushrooms and it's been great! Gets that great smokey flavor when using high heat or sear. The grill works amazingly simple and very low smoke for what it is. Heat gets up fairly quick, especially on closed position. The griddler side is fairly simple, better for eggs and pancakes rather than any cooking. Use the flat plates with the grill side if needed.Cleanup is easy and having heat on both sides is great for cooking a large amount or panini press. This definitely gets hot though so be careful with the sides.
This is going on my grill this summer for sure!
mine's getting here tomorrow! cant wait to level up my brunch game!
I’ll buying this now!
Love it. Wish it was one inch shorter to easily fit on 30” range. I have to use a rag each time so it doesn’t scratch. That being said, it’s better than too short like all the others
When I grow up I want to be just like Steve!
Why would you design it to be setup north and south on the stove? Most people don’t want a narrow cooking surface and to lean forward. Does it fit over gas burners going horizontal?
I plan to order one👍🏾
