So.. im usually a silent viewer but I have been following this dance excercise routine along with your newjeans exercise routine for about a 2 weeks, at least 3-4, times in a week and when I tell you that not only have I lost 3 kg, I have also gotten so much better at dancing! I feel so much lighter and happier too! Thank you Ria, you are doing God's work by putting up these dance excercise videos! I'll update you along my journey and may God bless you always. Edit: I just wanna clarify, I had a bmi of 29.9/30, standing at 153cms (5'0) and 70kg (154lbs) which is on the obese side considering my height. I also started intermittent fasting for around 8-10 hours (I'm starting small because I genuinely have such a huge apetite. Im hoping to increase my fasting hours as I go down this journey) and I cut off as much processes junk and sugar as I possibly could. I'm not starving myself guys but because Ria's exercises are such high intensity, combined with my cleaner diet, I have been able to lose weight more quickly. If you are not obese like I was, it will be a bit harder for you to drop the weight. Just putting that info out there:) Have a nice day and stay blessed everyone β‘
