My dad died 23 days ago. He wasn't always a good man or a good father but he did his best and our family owes everything to him. Our relationship wasn't always great but the last 6 months of his life, we reconnected and I got my father back for a while. It's been difficult becoming the new patriarch of the family, even with my wife's support, but I'm doing my best to look out for mom and sis. Rest easy Dad, I'll make sure they're OK. I miss you. fly high with the rest of our family for now, I'll see you again someday.
