@goharsguide

This is also known as the Cornell Notes system!

@Sugurugeto2006

I thought he said for a split second “your friend stole your nose”

@yololman5908

Gohar: Your friends stole your notes, your notes were soooo good he didn’t want to give them back.
Me: My notes looks like I had just made a new language.

@nathanrios2392

As soon as i saw the lines the coldest of shivers ran down my spine. If it works for you nothing against it but being forced to in high school when you already don’t like taking notes was enough for me.

@qinhe4105

Who in their right mind starts writing on the RIGHT SIDE OF THEIR PAPER

@lavender9200

The cornell note method TERRIFIES ME. It makes me SUFFER when the teacher makes us do it in class. As soon as I saw the division lines I knew exactly what it was

@megabrainsdev

Taking notes sometimes is really hard. The teacher goes so fast I don’t even have time to scribble down those notes.

@theatwins3131

I love how he presents the drawings so neatly and properly helping us understand better

@angieowo9278

“When you get home, you make a short summary and find the main ideas”.
Me when I get home : 🛌😴💤

@moneysign9713

I literally just write down the important stuff and call it a day😂 Ain’t no way I’m writing a summary for notes💀The notes are the summary!

@claireshi7384

Used to do cornell notes during middle school for history... ended up having nightmares about them 😳

@entity2513

This seems like an easy and neat way to take notes, thanks! You're a really helpful person, keep it up. ^^

@le_solar

I have to take Cornell Notes at my middle school.
The teachers do binder checks to make sure everything is in order-
And if we get caught not using Cornell Notes, we get written up and we fail the classes we didn’t do the notes in for the day :,>

@FaolanKun

I didn’t know this was a thing! Ive always done this when I take notes and ngl its actually really fun

@superbplayer7743

That's basically A.V.I.D at my school: Just imagine homeroom with extra steps and for high school credits

@KarthikMahendraChinta

Man I still can't get over how nicely he writes and draws🎉

@runawayfromtoads674

My father taught me a variant of this! He taught me to split the paper in half and write my own thoughts on the left (summary, main ideas, jokes, anything) that will help it make it easier for me to study. I didn't know this was an actual thing 😅

The summary bit would have been extremely useful dagnabbit.

@lunarbat6009

I speak for everyone when I say we were MORTIFIED when he drew those lines

@alberttran9111

This was what I did back in my U.S History class back in high school! I did very well in my exams by just studying the textbook instead. His lecture was like a college-leveling setting.
