Hey Paul, I am a 64 year old United captain and have been at the airline for 37 years. Entering my last year has been a very special journey and I would love to fly with you sometime. I’m more than happy to be an IRO on the flight. Best wishes!

@jeffsaylor6181

Wow. My son goes to Aviate Academy and I saw him in this video. How cool. Thank you for sharing.

@tomgillotti

17,678 here. Love United! Thanks, as always, Paul, for letting people know how great United is and how awesome aviation is!

@YdnickniL

I always appreciate a well rested pilot

@iamprobablyalive567

As a private pilot in Poland currently training for a commercial license, it’s great to see the aviation world from an American perspective, especially through the eyes of a traveler. I’ve been subscribed to your channel for quite some time now. You create fantastic content! I admire your work, and I send my best regards, wishing you always safe and smooth landings.

@ericaubrey3793

Hey Paul, I had a similar experience as the Aviate student that appeared in your video. I too saw your Aviate grand opening video and decided to make a significant career change. I’ve been in flight training for about a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I’m about a month away from my Commercial checkride and I am hoping to get an opportunity to meet you one day and thank you for the positive impact you’ve had on my life. Thanks again!

@geeemm8028

The bloopers are a bonus cherry on top! ✈

@salukirm1993

As a retired Air Force officer, I really enjoyed the story about your dad asking the tow pilot to let you fly with him. Hat's off to your dad!!!

@FlyingwithMadMax

Absolutely love your videos. The bloopers are some of the best. Also, as a newly minted private pilot at 42, I love airmen like you being ambassadors for aviation.

@brucet818

What a terrific video, as others have indicated, I always look forward to a new one. You are so genuine and to see the looks on the faces of the young pilots, it’s obvious you are having an impact. Keep it up!

@azitula

Great video as always, Im UA ramp phx. I meet you once, i was working the redeye and came up to give you paperwork. You were busy so not able to meet you properly. I was telling my fellow rampers that a met the celebrity! You are great ambassador for our company.

@theworldofjohn1972

Wow...I have been watching your channel from the beginning, I am a passenger on commercial airliners about every 10 days, so watching how the "other" side works is cool, The coolest thing about watching your channel grow and how you have, and are inspiring people to travel, have fun and soar for their dream careers! Paul you even inspired me to jump from the south point in Hawaii last year after seeing your video on it. Keep up the AWESOME work, and I can't wait to see the "project"!!!

@dwdw90

Another amazing video. I remember when I was in training to be a train driver in London, a process which took a total of 5 years and lots of assessments, looking up at all the jets landing at Heathrow and thinking ‘someone has been trained and made the extraordinary effort to pass the exams to fly those’…..which really kept me going. I never had good grades all the way through school and never knew what I wanted to do. I finally found my career at the age of 39…..but young or old can make it happen if they put in the hours and truly believe it can be done. Thanks for making great videos and inspiring people all around the world.

@cemeyer2

The production quality on these videos is amazing, Paul thank you so much for all your hard work

@artheriford

Cpt Paul, as a dispatcher/sector manager for over 38 years, I very much appreciate your easy going nature I would bet just about every FO, dispatcher, FA, Mechanic, and mx controller loves dealing with you

@FsnGoldandSilver

Thanks for sharing your journey with us Paul.

@CLTGeek

The calculus of bidding while commuting bends my mind! Wishing you an amazing Spring!

@PCBill0622

Loved your comment regarding “volunteering” to do the outside preflight. Ramps can be the most miserable weather-cold, hot, horizontal precip, and then there’s PHX in February. The seniority explained was appreciated and and different from FA’s. When she retired from UA she was 93 in DEN and always got her first choice. Her rules: no 4-day trips, first-leg departures before 1300, no turns. I still vision you in the left seat of a Dreamliner someday.

@dixienormous3262

All of Paul's videos give me a warm and fuzzy. I certainly miss being in the air, but will be again very soon now that the kids are all grown up!

@HeroMan380

I’m 29, and just about to hit 1500hrs as an instructor in New Zealand. Hope to fly for United one day!
