a lot of “vocal coaches” on yt talk about tension in the neck as an indicator of excessive strain, however is it physiologically possible to sing without some visible strain on the neck? I’m sure you have google amounts of requests, but please check out Taeyeon Killing Voice soon! She has over 15 years of experience under her belt and her technique has drastically changed throughout the years and almost goes back and forth between a more nasal, bright approach vs her previous chestier approach to singing. This is exemplified in the killing voice. She recently released a ballad called Night Into Days and people noticed how her technique was so similar to what it was 15 years ago. At the time she used a chestier approach so I’m wondering if that put too much strain on her voice. I’ve always wondered the science/reasoning behind this so it would be so entertaining to see you both break that down!
I hope U guys can make a video of HYNN'S killing voice reaction too. She is so good but I don't know why no one mentioned her 😂
Idk i try her song she sing on her extremes there is no rest on her songs very hard runs or big belts its hard to keep it healthy after singing her songs i feel pain i am so so impressed she sing for that long whitney too had the same problem they sing in the extremes song after song for years i beleive they had a great technique there is not doubt those notes happen without a great technique its just too puch for a human body they really dont sleep dont rest dont stop recording live interviews busniss they over use it without rest
