Just today I was reading about how Lucia wore a wreath of candles on her head to light her way in the darkness while her hands were busy carrying gifts to those in need. ❤

Happy St Lucia Day! As a little girl I was dressed up with the wreath on my head and we read about this and celebrated winter solstice in our 1st grade class! Love what this stands for❤
