I’ve never done elevated squats before and when I finally found an old sterdy box big enough, I realized that it doesn’t matter what equipment you have but that you can execute the movement and I did. So proud of myself. ❤ thanks for awesome workouts!

I. Love. This. Workout. LOVE! Even if I'm doing another program I still return to it.
A bit of advice to anyone reading this...... As the stretch in a lift is generally the most important part for hypertrophy, I suggest always doing calf work on an elevated surface for full range of motion and doing pulses/holds at the bottom of the range. Hope this helps someone!
