People say: "I don´t go to social media" (to avoid the negative). I used to think the same way, until I just started choosing what showed on my feed. I even deleted my old FB account and redefined myself, choosing only spiritual and business accounts to feed from. There is a lot of good insight in social media, not everything is toxic. Just like food and relationships, just learn to choose.

At first I thought it was just crap but I kept listening because I like Kenneth’s voice. I love the Om and that it is rhythmic. Two weeks ago I started seeing results.
