The King of Mushrooms - Reishi Ganoderma Sessile & Lucidum - Fungus Lingzhi Immune Modulator

As i was going for swimming in the river, in the road and among the trees, i have seen some big mushrooms. I have done a research and i have found that these mushrooms are very helpful for the people and not only. The call them ''the king of mushrooms''. The name of these mushrooms is: Reishi Ganoderma Sessile & Reishi Ganoderma Lucidum. Reishi mushrooms are anti-inflammatory and are connected to longevity, better immune function and mental clarity. The reishi mushrooms are edible types of medicinal fungus which have been used for their healing properties for many many years and as a true superfood. In Chinese Reishi mushrooms are known as Lingzhi. This is a small presentation of the reishi mushrooms so we can learn that are edible type of medicinal fungus and that we can use them in many different ways to help improve our health and not only. In this video i show you how to clean and cut them in small pieces, drying them and store them for future uses. Reishi mushrooms can be used in different ways but i will use them in 2 ways: as tea and make powder for pills. At the moment i am in the process of ordering empty capsules for making pills so, when i will receive them, i will make an update video so, subscribe and stay tuned for more updates.
