2 cups juice(s) of choice
1/4 cup gelatin powder
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
// INSTRUCTIONS //
• Add 1 cup of juice to a dish, sprinkle the gelatin on top in an even layer, and let sit. Mash with a fork into an apple sauce consistency.
• Heat the other cup of juice (and sweetener if using) until steaming and pour over the gelatin mixture. Mix with a fork until fully incorporated.
• Pour into molds or chill the dish, then cut into squares once solidified.
