Holiday Fruit Pie

2 graham cracker crusts
1 pkg mini marshmallows
2 cans fruit cocktail
3/4 cup milk
2 cups whipping cream

Whip cream until stiff peaks, set aside. Combine marshmallows and milk in a saucepan. Melt marshmallows into milk on the stovetop using med/low heat stirring continuously. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Drain fruit cocktail and fold it into marshmallow cream. Divide filling between 2 graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
