Is 'Black Company' Still Common in Japan?

Just like Gyaru or Yakuza, are 'Black Companies' (ブラック企業) not a thing in Japanese society anymore? Japanese black companies are known to take advantage of their employees, often leading to employees having no work-life balance or in extreme cases, even death because of work stress.

What about today? Since the Japanese Generation Z prioritize working less and value work-life balance much more than the older generation, do fewer people work for black companies?
