Gangler's Sub-Arctic - Up-close Encounter with Grey Wolf

The Sub-Arctic summer is in full swing up here in the remote regions of Northern Manitoba. With comfortable warmer temperatures and no ice, the habitat of the North Seal becomes alive in every aspect. From the stunning lakes, unique vegetation, and especially - the wildlife.

Just last week, our staff spotted a breathtaking Canadian grey wolf on our private runway at the Main Lodge. See the video above – it’s an amazing site to behold! Instead of running away, this wolf actually comes toward the viewer. Wolf tracks abound around the lodge as well, and a wolf has been spotted several times walking around the lodge during daytime hours.
