Custom Knee Resurfacing iDuo Conformis, an alternative to knee replacement in some patients

7 week patient outcome from 2/3rds custom resurfacing (the Conformis iDuo). The cruciates are conserved giving excellent stability and movement such that the knee feels like their own. Patient shown walking up stairs unaided, star jumps. This was the UK's first day case iDuo. The 2/3rds resurfacing preserves the cruciates and is an alternative to total knee replacement in some patients.
