It's Day 8 of our 100 squat challenge we're nearly there, keep going you can do it, we have completed 8 days now which means only 2 days left to go now.
Day 9 - 90 squats
Day 10 - 100 squats
Let's see if we can complete the challenge, once completed each day please stretch afterwards. Also this is for fun so just aim towards the 100 if you don't make the full 100 that doesn't matter, fitness is a journey and each day aim to do a few more and you will improve your fitness.
