Dosa batter
Pyaz - 1 med size fine chopped
Simla mirch - 1/2 fine chopped
Hara pyaz - 2-3 tbsp fine chopped
Ching's Schezwan chutney - 2 tsp per dosa
Butter - 1 tsp
Cheese cube - 1 per dosa
Coconut and Green chutney - to serve

Schezwan Spot idli
Suji - 1 cup
Namak - 1 tsp
Dahi - 1 cup
Paani - thick batter ke liye
Fruit salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Pyaaz - 1-2 tbsp
Simla mirch - 1-2 tbsp
Tamatar - 1-2 tbsp
Hara dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Namak - 1 pinch
