Learning to Cook With Carbon Steel: Burgers, Chops, and Carbon Steel Pan Seasoning

Uncle Scott talks about the importance of pan temperature control, shows how to clean a carbon steel skillet, demonstrates how to re-season a carbon steel pan with his touch-up maintenance seasoning method.
