Why do we fail when we set goals? How come we can't achieve our goals? Why I failed at sticking to a plan based on the 12 Week Year.

The 12 week year talks a lot about periodisation consistency and creating a compelling vision for your life however there are some problems with this that can lead to us failing to achieve our goals so I wanted to share these with you.
