Arvind Singh Mewar, a descendant of Maharana Pratap, a member of the former royal family of Mewar and father of Prince Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, passed away in Udaipur. Due to which there is mourning in the entire Mewar. Arvind Singh Mewar will be given a final farewell on March 17. The last darshan of the mortal remains will be held at the City Palace from 7 am on Monday. According to the royal tradition, the last journey will leave from his residence Shambhu Palace in the City Palace at 11 am. It will reach Mahasatiya via Badi Pol, Jagdish Chowk, Ghantaghar, Bada Bazar, Delhi Gate. The last rites will be performed at Mahasatiya. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, former Chief Ministers Ashok Gehlot and Vasundhara Raje, BJP Haryana in-charge Satish Poonia, Arvind Singh Mewar's nephew Vishvraj Singh Mewar and many other politicians expressed condolences.
