We put the Mercedes-AMG EQE 53 on a race track

And now for something completely different: Mercedes invited a bunch of car reviewers & enthusiasts to Hampton Downs race track this week to experience a range of different, high-performance vehicles.

But despite the wide selection of cars available for track circuits, there wasn't a pure electric vehicle designated for the track event. Fortunately, Mercedes quickly solved that problem, borrowing an AMG EQE 53 from the skid-pan event and letting Gav put it on the race track! Good on ya, Mercedes!

And while you might not learn a heck of a lot in this week's video, we do hope you'll share in the absurd joy that is putting a luxury, electric, high performance cruiser through its paces!
