रांचीः रांची में 301 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से पहली 10 लेन वाली सड़क बनेगी। यह सड़क धुर्वा के विवेकानंद स्कूल से नयासराय होते हुए रिंग रोड तक जाएगी। इससे शहर में ट्रैफिक जाम की समस्या से निजात मिलेगी। सड़क का प्लान तैयार है और उसे तकनीकी मंजूरी भी मिल गई है।
10 लेन की सड़क आधुनिक तकनीक से बनेगी और ट्रैफिक मुक्त होगी। मुख्य मार्ग छह लेन का होगा। दोनों तरफ दो-दो लेन के सर्विस रोड बनेंगे। इन सर्विस रोड से स्थानीय इलाकों को जोड़ा जाएगा। वीआईपी और अन्य वाहनों के लिए अलग लेन होगी।
इस सड़क का मुख्य मार्ग छह लेन का होगा, जिस पर वीवीआईपी, वीआईपी और अन्य प्रकार के वाहनों का परिचालन होगा. दोनों किनारे दो-दो लेन का सर्विस रोड होगा, जिसमें विभिन्न इलाकों से आनेवाले वाहनों का प्रवेश होगा. धुर्वा में विवेकानंद स्कूल के बाद जो सड़क जगन्नाथपुर मंदिर और हाईकोर्ट होते हुए जाती है, उसे 10 लेन के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा. मौजूदा चार लेन की सड़क को छह लेन में बदला जाएगा, और दोनों ओर दो-दो लेन जोड़ने के बाद यह सड़क पूरी तरह 10 लेन की हो जाएगी. इसके अलावा, सीआरपीएफ कैंप के पास से लेकर रिंग रोड तक की सड़क ग्रीन फील्ड होगी, यानी पूरी तरह नई सड़क का निर्माण किया जाएगा.
