If you’ve ever wanted to try a boxing class - or just get a great cardio workout - this is the perfect class to start with! This boxing fundamentals class will teach you the boxing stance and the six types of boxing punches and combinations. Martesse starts slow, walking you through the basics, before building on with combinations and boxing drills. These drills will teach you how to find and maintain your balance, hone your hand-eye coordination, and build stamina + endurance. Get ready to boost your self-confidence, break a sweat, and have fun doing it with Martesse Gilliam!

Martesse Gilliam is a mixed martial artist, 4th Dan Kukkiwon Master, creator of Box & Flow, and a yoga teacher. As a lifelong athlete, he is passionate about health and fitness, and enjoys working with people and helping them to realize their limitless strength. Martesse specializes in Power Flow Yoga, and also teaches Taekwondo, Mixed Martial Arts, and boxing.
