Is Krishna an Avatar of Vishnu? What if I told you it’s the other way around? Here’s the proof

Many people say that Krishna is an avatar of Vishnu. But what if I told you it's the opposite? In this video, I will show a very important verse from the Bhagavata Purana and the explanation that proves that in fact Vishnu is an avatar of Krishna.

ete cāṁśa-kalāḥ puṁsaḥ
kṛṣṇas tu bhagavān svayam
indrāri-vyākulaṁ lokaṁ
mṛḍayanti yuge yuge

-Bhagavata Purana (Srimad Bhagavatam) 1.3.28

And these are the parts and expansions of the Person. However Krsna is the Lord Himself. In every yuga, [these incarnations] protect the world disturbed by Indra’s enemies.

This verse comes after a long list of avatars, making it clear that Krishna is the Lord Himself, Bhagavan Himself. The list placed them in CHRONOLOGICAL order.

The dashavatar lists 10 of the most famous, also is in chronological order. It is there that Krishna appears at “the 8th”, because Krishna came in the end of Dvapara Yuga, about 5100 years ago, while other avatars from the Puranas describe more ancient avatars, some going back trillions of years to the beginning of the Universal creation.

Vishnu is more specifically a form of the Lord to oversee the material creation. God at the office, my spiritual master jokes. He is not a complete and enchanting a form as Krishna. With Krishna you get the most complete for of God, God in His most intimate and full manifestation. The most sweet, the most captivating and the most attractive.
