This simple move got my labor going naturally and quickly!

I know this method isn’t proven to start labor but it can help baby get in the right position which may tell the body it’s go time!

This may not work for everyone but I had so many moms swearing by it that I figured it was worth a shot! My doctor said it wouldn’t hurt (I was full-term) so why not right?!
