Rock Island TM22 .22 Rifle - Is It Worth $129 - Is It More Reliable Than My Other TM22 Rifle?

My first RIA .22 LR rifle, the Feather model, had lots of feeding problems, especially with Federal and Winchester ammo. Will my new TM22 rifle be any more reliable?
