Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
Boil approx. 250g pasta, drain and reserve the pasta water
Roughly chop 2 cloves of garlic
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the garlic briefly
Add about 250ml of the pasta water (or vegetable stock) and 200ml of the cream to the pan
Simmer for 5 minutes
150g-200g feta cheese
Cut into small pieces and add to the sauce
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add 150g of spinach to the sauce
Let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes
Season with pepper and salt (the cheese also adds seasoning)
Now put the noodles in the pan and let everything simmer briefly
Halve 150g of small tomatoes and add to the pan
Simmer another 5 minutes on low heat
Enjoy your meal!
