Recipe for 2 people: - 2 duck breasts (female ducks) - 1 clove of garlic - 2 3 sprigs of thyme - 50-100 ml of red wine - Juice of 2 oranges - 1/2 tsp honey - an approx. 2 cm piece of cinnamon stick - 1 star anise 1 tbsp soy sauce - about 20 g pieces of butter (cold) - salt, pepperThe duck breast goes into the oven at 160 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 8-10 minutes. If you use a meat thermometer, take the duck breast out of the oven at a core temperature of 60°C and let it rest for 5 minutes.
