'Wish You Well' Sigala & Becky Hill Dance Fitness Routine || Dance 2 Enhance Fitness

Here is one of our newest warm up routines 'Wish You Well' by Sigala & Becky Hill. We love this song and decided to choreograph a routine which is all about balance and posture.

Fitness Tip:

The balance part is quite challenging and progress is key here. The 1 leg balance aim to go as far as a flat back as possible. However, that is the more advanced option, keep your back in more of a diagonal line at first to help with the balance. The more confident you become with this routine, then aim towards the more advanced option.
