100 Squat Challenge Day 3 (30 squats) Fitness Workout || Dance 2 Enhance Fitness

Join our 100 squat challenge, we are now on Day 3 (30 squats).

If you are joining today, this is how the 100 squat challenge works:

We have completed 3 days now and each day from now for the next 7 days we will add another 10 squats.

Day 4 - 40 squats
Day 5 - 50 squats
Day 6 - 60 squats
Day 7 - 70 squats
Day 8 - 80 squats
Day 9 - 90 squats
Day 10 - 100 squats

Let's see if we can complete the challenge, once completed each day please stretch afterwards. Also this is for fun so just aim towards the 100 if you don't make the full 100 that doesn't matter, fitness is a journey and each day aim to do a few more and you will improve your fitness.
