In this entry i am letting the viewer into my travels and mace workshops i attend.This was my very first physical mace workshop with Kinesiology Institute for Performance Specialists (KIPS) and i am glad it was. It was phenomenal. The instructors were John Odden and Tyler Valencia.

This workshop is specifically called KIPS TRUE MACE CERTIFICATION. This one took place on 8/11/18 in Long Beach,CA.

I met great people and the class rocked hard.
