This video covers the Hikone vlog section of my Japan holiday, where I explored iconic Hikone Castle and Genkyuen Garden. Hikone is a town located in the Shiga Prefecture, next to Lake Biwa. I also mention Hikonyan, the local mascot that was inspired by the maneki-neko (beckoning cat), a symbol of good luck, and Ii Naotaka, the third Lord of Hikone.
