A Busy Week in My Life as a PhD Student: Classes, Research, Conference Prep + Finding Balance

Welcome back to the Doctoral Diaries! In this week’s episode, I take you through a jam-packed week of classes, research presentations, and academic events. I presented my research to the environmental governance lab to get ready for my first conference, attended a Climate Health & Sustainable Care Symposium, and officially joined the Committee on the Environment, Climate Change, and Sustainability at UofT. Balancing these commitments isn’t easy, but I’m learning ways to maintain a healthy relationship with academia.
