One day, the boss of the company tells you and your friends that he doesn’t need you anymore. He says: he has found other people who can do your job for less money. he will fire you and your friends and hire those other people instead. this will save him a lot of money and make his company better.

You and your friends are very sad and angry. You think: this is not fair.
the boss is breaking the rules that he agreed to follow when he hired you.
the boss should respect your rights and treat you well.
the boss should talk to you and your leader before making such a big decision.
