Daily Bread
1) God's sovereignty in our circumstances.
Ezekiel's message teaches us that God is in control of everything. Just like the Israelites learned that God's promises would happen, we need to see that God is working in our lives in both tough times and good times. In college, it can be hard to deal with uncertainty about the future. Whether you're picking a major, planning your career, or dealing with personal challenges, trust that God is in control. We should pray for His guidance and be open to His direction, trusting that He's leading us in the best way for His glory. Will you trust God's plans for your life from now on?

2) The reality of God’s promises.
Ezekiel's prophecy shows that God's words are serious and always come true. This reminds us to take both His warnings and promises seriously. Think about how you react to God's Word. Do you ignore it, assuming it doesn't matter in your daily life? Let’s turn to God's word to remember and accept his promises for our lives. We can start by reading the Bible daily and thinking about how the passages relate to our lives. When we let God's Word guide our decisions and actions, we will see His promises come true in our lives.

Prayer: Lord, help me to see Your hand in every part of my life. Teach me to trust in Your sovereign control over every situation. Instill in me a heart that seeks Your will and obeys Your commands. May my life be used as a testimony to Your faithfulness as I trust in your promises. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

One Word: God's Promises never fail!
