Ingredients:
500 g Tiger Shrimps (Deveined) (with or without shell)
75 g Butter
1 1/2 TBSP Garlic (Crushed)
1 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Thyme
1 TBSP Italian Parsley
1 TBSP Tomato Puree
2 TBSP Plum Sauce (Lee Kum Kee Brand)
2 TBSP Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Cream Cheese
1 TBSP Cornstarch + 100 ml Water
Note: If you want more sauce you can also add cooking cream.
