Now take a look at this rare super pod of more than 2000 dolphins. The animals were spotted in the waters off the coast of California in the US. The giant pod included both Northern right whale dolphins and pacific white-sided dolphins. There were even baby calves keeping up with their mums in the group. Fun dolphin fact before I go - did you know dolphins only sleep with one half of their brain and one eye closed at a time? That gives the phrase sleeping with one eye open a whole new meaning!
