Today in the video I will show you how to sew the Easter bunny from the book "Tilda" with your own hands. We will also unpack new spring dishes and prepare a delicious casserole similar to moussaka with béchamel sauce and a delicious cheese crust.

Casserole with béchamel sauce and cheese crust:
Potatoes - 6 pcs.
Eggplants - 2-3 pcs.
Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Ground beef - 300 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Bell pepper - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Oregano (basil), nutmeg
to taste
Hard cheese - 200 g
Greens to taste
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 50 g
Milk - 2 cups
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

1. Peel the potatoes and boil until half cooked.
2. Fry the onion in olive oil. Add chopped pepper. Then add tomatoes and ground beef, fry for 5 minutes. Add nutmeg and oregano (I added dried basil), salt. Add tomato paste and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Cut eggplants into rings. Fry eggplants on both sides in olive oil.
4. For the béchamel sauce, fry 2 tablespoons of flour in 50 g of butter. Then add 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly, cook over low heat until thickened. Turn off the heat and beat 2 eggs into the sauce, stir and add salt.

Assemble the piquante in layers:
5. Cut the potatoes into rings and place in a deep bowl.
6. Put the minced meat on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with herbs.
7. Then a layer of eggplants.
8. Pour the sauce over the eggplant layer. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.
9. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees or until the cheese is golden brown.
